  • We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.
  • If a product is not available, we will notify you and offer the option of a refund, replacement, or later delivery.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact.Returns of products such as undergarments or personalized items will not be accepted unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless it is a defective product or our fault.
