RETURN POLICY

Returns

At ANIQA Modest Fashion, you may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at info@aniqa.nl with your name and order number.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed by ANIQA Modest Fashion.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ANIQA Modest Fashion is not responsible for return packages that are lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow a few business days for your return to be processed.

After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@aniqa.nl with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return the original item and place a new order through our webshop.
